my comment is comlecated as this situation seems very complicated also. on the one hand, it seems like a good idea to create and imforce more rules for teen drivers as they account for a large percentage of accidents. als, teens are used to having rules from other parts of ther lives (like school for example).
However, on the other hand, it appears to me as unfair to apply extra rules only on teens! since there are SO many accident in this country- we must apply them on ALL drivers.
First,my answer is yes! Teens should have so many driving laws. In israel, teens at age 17 start driving, a lot of them are still irresponsible and childish-reason for a lot of accidents. Extra rules for teens could prevent accidents.
However, i think that the laws should be active not more than the age 19.
